Anyone who knows me knows that I am a salsa fiend. And I'm not talking about the dance.
Really I can eat salsa with anything..
So I decided to share one of my favorite salsa recipes with y'all.
Now G is a big fan of salmon and his favorite fish topping ever is a mango salsa. Yum!
I mean Mango and salsa in the same sentence? Count me in.
Mango Salsa
1 mango, peeled, seeded, and chopped.
1/4 c. finely chopped red pepper
1 chopped green onion
2 Tablespoons chopped cilantro
1 finely chopped jalapeno
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon lemon juice 
Basically you mix all together, cover and refrigerate for half an hour before serving.
