So this morning I woke up around 11:00AM. As I laid there I just felt so ....blah. I think that's the best word for it. I felt just like a slug.

 During this past semester I was getting up around 7am every morning and it just felt so good.

These past couple of weeks I have been slacking... A lot.
I can't tell you how much pizza I have inhaled in the last 14 days because it's a sickening amount. 

My C25K? HA! Yeah I haven't even put on my headphones lately, let alone tied up my running shoes.
My poor new running shoes. I have put them on maybe twice since I paid so much to have them fitted. 

For those who don't know me, I am an avid list maker. As of right now I have about ten to-do lists running. There is so much that I need to do around the house. I WANT to do it all, but when the time comes around I have been making excuses to put it off. 

Anyways this ends now. This morning I have been searching for new classes to take. I think I have been burned out on my normal exercise classes. I am going to start going back to Zumba again, because that shit makes me sweat SO much. 

Do you all have any tips on how to get past a slump in your life?
