Smaller girlfriend!

So 11 days ago I started the Advocare 10 Day Cleanse.

Now anyone who knows me knows that If I do something I do it 100%. 

I did not consume one drop of alcohol or sway from the strict diet once. I followed the cleanse rules to a "T".

The first two days on the cleanse, before my Spark arrived, I was SO tired! I literally took a nap both days. I just couldn't stay awake in the afternoon. I guess it was my body changing from fueling off carbs to fueling off of fat already stored in body. (At least that's what I was told.) 

My Spark finally arrived and I took it first thing the next morning. The stuff is awesome! I was full of energy and I didn't feel tired in the least!

One of my favorite things in the world is peanut butter. Mhmm Reeses (stop it Jill!) A friend recommended me try PB2. It's powered peanut butter. Just add water and Tada! Little skeptical at first, but DAMN it's good! Checked the label: For two tablespoons its only 45 cals and 13 cals from fat! The only three ingredients are: peanuts, sugar, salt. I checked the label on G's PB and it's 200 cals and 140 cals from fat and has a bunch of things in it that I cannot spell, let alone pronounce. Anyways now to my results.


Half way through my 10 days, my pants felt looser and my ring on my finger was beginning to slide around... I was starting to get pretty curious.

I not only saw a difference in my body, I FELT a difference as well. I slept better at night. I noticed I was sweating as much during my sleep or my workouts. During the day I had so much more energy and it made me so happy to be able to cross off so much off of my daily to do list! I just felt better about myself and my body in general.


Drum roll please!.... So in the 10 days I lost 9 pounds. Yes, 9 POUNDS! That is crazy! I also took my measurements before and after and I lost 6 inches as well! I could not be more pleased. Since finishing the cleanse I find my self now craving raw fruits and veggies, which is something I rarely craved before. 

I am about to walk out the door to leave for Nashville for the weekend with G and I'm stoked to be able to wear the new top tonight that I bought a couple of weeks ago. It WAS a tiny bit snug but put now it's perfect!
