Everything Burns.

Morning loves, 

So today I am teaming up with Alex and Lex for Non-Scale Victories for the first time. 

I've only stepped on the scale twice in the last month. Once before my cleanse, and once after. 

I am trying to not let myself be ruled by a number anymore. (Key word is Trying!)

So I have started the C25k programs a couple of times but always make up an excuse  get too busy to finish. I have finally started again and for the first time i'm doing it outside and not on a treadmill. 

Let me tell you running is so much easier on a treadmill. 

Living in East Tennessee, its very rare that you can find truly flat ground. 

I basically run one big loop in my neighborhood and start it so that I am walking the slight incline and running the decline. Smart huh? 

This brings me to my Non-Scale Victory

I have finished the first week of my C25K and it's gotten easier! I also have finished one week straight of Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. Damn my body burns all over. I can see why this is so effective! 
I mean EVERYTHING hurts... In a good way of course...

I love her because she is so tough... and we share our names... just different spelling.
